Business Dialogue: Artificial Intelligence and Information Security in Digital Transformation
On May 29, 2025, the Faculty of Information Technology of Dong Nai Technology University successfully organized a business dialogue entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Information Security in Digital Transformation.” The event was part of a series of activities designed to strengthen university-business collaboration, improve training quality, connect theory with practice, and provide career orientation for students.

Participants included:
- Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology
- Dr. Le Thanh Lanh - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Lieu - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology
- Mr. Tran Minh Duc - Director of the Information Technology Center, VNPT Dong Nai
- Mr. Bui Vinh Khiem - Chief Executive Officer of vShieldz Technologies and cybersecurity expert
- Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen - Director of MeU Solutions
Lecturers and students of the Faculty of Information Technology, together with guests interested in technology, also attended the event.
In his opening remarks and introduction, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trung shared an overview of the increasingly important role of artificial intelligence in daily life, education, and industry, especially as digital transformation accelerates worldwide. He emphasized that updating practical knowledge and technology trends is essential for Information Technology students.

During the discussion, business representatives presented several practical topics:
- Specific applications of AI in businesses and public administration.

- Current cybersecurity threats and ways to develop information protection strategies.

- Real-world startup stories and managing a technology business in a rapidly changing environment.

Students also asked questions about professional knowledge, career trends, and the skills needed to work in technology companies. The speakers’ open and candid insights inspired students, clarified career directions, and motivated them to learn and conduct research.
